High Carbon Steel Strip
High carbon steel is valued for its strength properties and operates at significantly higher levels than the mild steel grades. High carbon steel contains carbon approximately from 0.60% to 1.70%. The steel strips & coils are almost always used in those applications where wear characteristics and higher strengths are important.
Supply conditions: hardened and tempered, cold rolled annealed, spheroidized annealed.
Applications: Automobile Clutches, Tolerance Rings, Bulldog Clips, Circlips, Chain Links, Hand Tools, Trimming Knife Blades.
