Q: Do you have MOQ for an order?
A: MOQ is flexible and we accept small order as a trial order or testing.
Q: What about your quality?
A: Our products are manufactured by skilled workers, and will be strictly inspected by our QC department or a third-party before shipment.
Q: Can you print my logo on the products?
A: Usually we print customer's logo on the packages.
Q: Can you provide samples to approve before placing an order?
A: Yes, free samples such as cable clamps, coaxial connectors, coaxial cables will be provided at request.
Q: Do you charge the molding costs?
A: It depends on the order qty and actual costs. We're willing to develop new products together with our customers. Usually if the molding costs are less than 500usd, we can undertake it.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: Usually it takes 1-3 weeks to complete an order.
Q: Can you ship goods to my warehouse directly?
A: Our freight forwarder has many branches overseas, we will choose the most efficient shipping method for our customers.
