Barrel cushion, also is called rubber grommet, hanger adapter grommet. Designed to hold smaller coaxial cables, dc power cables, optical fiber cables on tower sites. These barrel cushions fit inside cable hangers such as coax snap-in hangers, standard butterfly hangers, cable support blocks.
